Leadership

Giftmart Family Charities is led by a volunteer leadership team, passionate about empowering families, strengthening local partnerships, and stewarding resources with care. Together, they guide the mission and vision of Giftmart with purpose and heart.

Katie Minott

President

Katie Minott serves as President of Giftmart Family Charities, providing strategic leadership and oversight to advance the organization’s mission of supporting families through dignity-centered holiday giving. A respected real estate professional in Naperville, Katie brings a strong understanding of community needs, partnership building, and responsible stewardship to her role.

A longtime Naperville resident, Katie lives in the community she serves with her husband and children. Her personal commitment to local families, combined with her professional experience and passion for service, has helped guide Giftmart’s hands-up model—empowering parents to choose gifts for their children while reinvesting resources back into local schools and community programs. Katie is dedicated to building sustainable programs that strengthen families and create meaningful, lasting community impact.

Pam Blanchard

Treasurer

Pam serves as the Treasurer for Giftmart, where she oversees financial stewardship and budgeting to help ensure the organization’s resources are used effectively to support its mission. In addition to her financial role, she is also one of the event coordinators who helps plan and run Giftmart’s annual events that serve families in the community.

A resident of Naperville for 19 years, Pam is passionate about helping under-resourced families and believes strongly in serving the community where she lives. She has volunteered with several local organizations and enjoys leading and mentoring within her local church.

Pam works for a local law firm and raised her three children in Naperville’s District 204 school system. She is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that has been home to her family for many years.

Jennifer Schrier

Secretary

Jennifer Schreier serves as Secretary of Giftmart Family Charities.  In her role as Secretary, Jennifer supports governance and organizational transparency. She maintains official records, assists with board operations, and helps ensure compliance with the organization’s bylaws and nonprofit requirements.

Grounded in the belief that removing financial, social, and systemic barriers is essential to creating equitable opportunities, Jennifer works alongside local businesses, the local schools, community organizations, Compass Church in Naperville, and alongside Giftmart’s dedicated volunteers. Through these partnerships, Giftmart has expanded its reach to serve more than 1,400 children across Districts 203 and 204 each year.

Professionally, Jennifer holds a faculty position at Morton College, where she supports adult learners in overcoming barriers to education, employment, and economic stability. Jennifer’s leadership is fundamentally led with empathy, equity, and a deep understanding of how access and opportunity can transform lives.

A longtime member of the District 204 community, where her three children attended school for 22 combined years, Jennifer remains committed to empowering families and strengthening the community she calls home.
